It’s funny primarily because of the lack of context.
You see, the sign is on the side of a cruise ship, and the circled “X” in the lower left is a few feet above a side-firing thruster used to help maneuver the (very large) ship. So there’s a very good reason for the sign — it warns small craft around the ship to avoid getting sucked into the thruster. But if you frame the shot just so….
