So I saw this Aldabra tortoise at the L.A. Zoo:
Either I looked like one of the people that feed him, or else he was just really friendly — in any event, as soon as he saw me, he headed toward me just as fast as he could go. Granted, for a tortoise, it’s not that fast. Still, I was sufficiently impressed by his exertions that I did my best to get an “action shot” of the guy…
It’s tough to do when your subject isn’t exactly going to raise a plume of dust.
