Just a quick slice of life shot I took on our recent “spring break” trip to the L.A. area.
We went out for a walk in the garden outside the aquarium, and this interesting flower was nearly by itself on a hillside covered with orange California poppies. I got in close for a good shot of it, and saw that somebody beat me to the flower!
